Our airport transfer system is simple and efficient

1. Book online

Enter the starting point and the destination for which you need transportation. Do not forget to enter the date. Tell us exactly what time to be on your pick up location. If you are coming by plane please write us your flight number and any remarks you think we should know about you and your carriage.

2. Log in to your profile

Sign in to your profile and confirm your reservation. Remember, loyal customers get many benefits. Ride and make discounts.

3. Enjoy driving

You will receive confirmation that your ride has been successfully booked with all the details of the ride on your e-mail. On the day of your transfer you will receive another e-mail with vehicle information (vehicle number and registration plate number), and driver information. FAQ

Do I have to book my transfer in advance?

You do not have to. You can book your transfer last-minute. Just register, sign up and book. You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation and details of your trip.

Can I choose a vehicle?

Do not worry. All of our vehicles are new with full equipment and guarantee a safe and comfortable ride.

How do I recognize my vehicle at the address?

On the day of your trip we will send you an e-mail with information about the driver and the vehicle itself. You will recognize it by the registration plate and type of our vehicle. You also have a contact number that will always be available to you for any questions at +385 (1) 3133133. In case you arrive by plane, our driver will wait for you at the pick up point.

What if my flight is late?

We keep track of everything on the move and so does our driver so whenever you arrive our driver will always wait for you.

Until when can I cancel my transfer?

You can cancel the transfer up to an hour before the agreed pick up time. If you do so within 1 hour before the agreed time, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount of the service.

How do I know that the reservation was confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address.

What if my transfer involves some special needs or people with disabilities?

Please write it to us in the remark and we will provide adequate transportation for you and the mentioned persons.

What if my transfer involves the transportation of children?

Children under 12 years of age must not travel without supervision of their parents. Children between 12 and 18 must have a written statement from their parents.

What if my transfer involves a transfer of pets?

No problem, if it is conveniently located in its special box and placed in the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
